Abstract

Pengelolaan referensi merupakan salah satu kompetensi penting dalam penyusunan karya ilmiah yang masih menjadi kendala bagi banyak guru sekolah dasar, terutama dalam menghasilkan sitasi dan daftar pustaka yang sesuai dengan kaidah akademik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi Mendeley sebagai perangkat manajemen referensi untuk mendukung penyusunan karya ilmiah, modul ajar, dan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang meliputi penyampaian materi, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, serta pendampingan penggunaan Mendeley Desktop. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test, post-test, observasi selama pelatihan, serta evaluasi tindak lanjut tiga tahun setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan dilakukan untuk mengetahui keberlanjutan pemanfaatan aplikasi. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam melakukan instalasi, pengelolaan referensi, penyisipan sitasi otomatis, serta penyusunan daftar pustaka sesuai gaya sitasi. Evaluasi tindak lanjut tahun 2026 menunjukkan bahwa peserta masih secara aktif menggunakan Mendeley dalam penyusunan karya ilmiah, modul ajar, dan PTK. Peserta juga merasakan manfaat berupa efisiensi waktu, peningkatan ketepatan format sitasi, kemudahan pengelolaan referensi, serta tersimpannya seluruh sumber pustaka secara sistematis sehingga mendukung produktivitas akademik secara berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan Mendeley tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi teknis peserta pada saat pelaksanaan kegiatan, tetapi juga memberikan dampak jangka panjang terhadap kualitas dan efisiensi penulisan ilmiah guru
